Take a breath...
You’re safe here. Take a couple deep breaths – it may have been a long time since you’ve done so.
Focus on pulling the air down to your belly and lower back – that way you get more oxygen to all parts of you so you can feel better in so many ways.
Note: you might feel a bit lightheaded when you start if you’ve been breathing shallowly for a while…
Discover at your own pace...
The road through grief is as long as you need. There isn’t a deadline for ‘finishing’. Take your time, come back and repeat as and when you need.
If you arereading the book, take your time with it and experience the exercises. The audios are meant to be repeated and explored. There’s no rush – just your greatest health and well-being – and that can take as much or little time as you need!
Be guided...
Let someone else help out.
The book and audios were created so that you can explore grief in a different way.
We have studied grief for many years and have found that certain exploration can assist in the journey you are experiencing.
Some aspects or tracks may speak to you immediately – others may be important in the future
